FULL HOME INSPECTION: $400 Up to 2500 sq ft, $.10/sq ft after that
A home is a significant investment, and understanding its condition is crucial. I'll conduct a non-invasive evaluation of the accessible structure, systems, and components. While not exhaustive, the inspection will provide valuable knowledge to reduce your anxiety and make an informed decision when buying a home.
ANNUAL HOME MAINTENANCE INSPECTION: $350
Especially if you’re a new homeowner, an Annual Home Maintenance Inspection can help you understand and plan for the demands of maintaining your home properly. Some tasks are seasonal, and some items require more frequent attention. Let me help you start on the path of responsible homeownership by identifying any issues, and educating you about what should be done each year to keep your home in top condition.
11 Month Warranty Inspections are $350 up to 2500 sq ft/ $.10 sq ft after that
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. I’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. My non-invasive inspection is based on my observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components.
IRRIGATION INSPECTION: $50
Our Irrigation Inspection service provides a comprehensive analysis of your irrigation system to ensure it is working efficiently. We'll evaluate your sprinkler heads, water pressure, and overall system performance to ensure that your system is providing the best possible coverage for your yard and garden. We'll also identify any necessary repairs or upgrades to keep your system running at optimal levels.
Pool Inspection: $100
Our Pool Inspection service provides you with a professional assessment of your swimming pool, spa, and related equipment. We will inspect the structure, water balancing, filtration system, and any other components to ensure that your pool is safe and functioning properly. Our expert inspectors will provide you with a detailed report of their findings, allowing you to make informed decisions about your pool.
Home Maintenance Book Is Included
With every full home inspection service, I include a home maintenance book for my clients. The book explains how a home works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. It also includes seasonal maintenance checklists.
